We had ceiling damage due to plumbing issue and needed drywall repair and painting. A neighbor recommended Ilya, as he had done similar work for her. He is responsive (actually calls back - rare nowadays), he is professional, thorough, meticulous, and his work is perfect!!! He is a really nice guy and easy to have in your home. I would 100% recommended Ilya.
I worked with Ilya about a year ago when he painted my home and did some minor drywall repairs (removing an old intercom system and was actually able to help repair the ceiling from minor roof leaking that occurred while he was working on the initial job). I can say that over a year later, I am incredibly happy with his work and would definitely recommend him. I am very detailed oriented and even a year later, I find his painting job to be fantastic with great lines and corners, including painted trim and baseboards. I truly have not found any flaws.
He responded very quickly when I requested a quote and he was by far the most reasonably priced contractor.

Small restore llc did a repair from water damage. Work was exceptional very professional took his time to do job right very happy with result. cleanup A+ would highly recommend
