My mother had a prepaid funeral arrangement with Lombardo Funeral. She passed away late afternoon on April 30, 2026. I was contacted by Lombardo so soon after that I was still driving home. They couldn't have been nicer during that day, explained the process to me, and followed up to ensure I had all the information I needed. I met with the funeral director a couple of days later and was very impressed with how smoothly the next steps went. Everyone I dealt with was kind and sympathetic to our family and our situation. Practical matters were handled expeditiously, which is what we needed in order to move forward as quickly as possible with our arrangements.
