Buffalo OBGYN is a clean place with pleasant, helpful, and professional staff of various positions. The front office staff is very friendly. Patients describe it as a caring space, from first greeting to medical care, with patience around questions and concerns and no real wait times. Care is collaborative, and patients feel their concerns are at the forefront and not ignored. The office is patient oriented, taking patients on the spur of the moment when needed. Patients are thankful to receive care for feminine needs and highly recommend the practice for great care.
My first time at buffalo OBGYN dr.Williams and the nurse was very pleasant to talk too, Dr.williams did something very seldom and few doctors do, sit down and have a conversation with the patient first before they examine them. That's old school, and that was impressive. Thank you.
From the time you enter to the time you leave always a friendly helpful staff member to assist you. Got a problem call and they will get you in and help you out quickly.
No reason to ever feel uncomfortable because Dr Gelman - Koessler is amazing !
I just had my first baby after a long labor it ended in a c section done by Dr. Williams. I couldn’t have been happier to see that she was the doctor on call that night because throughout my pregnancy I saw her the most frequently and always felt so comfortable in her care. My pregnancy was very easy and I didn’t have many concerns so some of the appts could have easily been rushed and routine but Dr. Williams always had a way of making me feel seen. She has a calm demeanor and I fully trust her! I’ve healed amazingly from my C section and after I voiced some concerns to her she sent me for bloodwork and further imaging to be sent to my primary doctor....read full review
