Buffalo OBGYN is a clean place with pleasant, helpful, and professional staff of various positions. The front office staff is very friendly. Patients describe it as a caring space, from first greeting to medical care, with patience around questions and concerns and no real wait times. Care is collaborative, and patients feel their concerns are at the forefront and not ignored. The office is patient oriented, taking patients on the spur of the moment when needed. Patients are thankful to receive care for feminine needs and highly recommend the practice for great care.
The place is clean, and the staff of
various positions are pleasant, helpful, answer your questions with patience, and professional. I am thankful to be able to receive care here for my feminine needs.8
I have been very pleased about switching to Dr. Lisa Gelman-Koessler. Dr. Gelman is the first OB-GYN to hear my issues and take them seriously. My 15+ hit flashes per day are gone and I’m sleeping so much better! I highly recommend!!
