The staff truly made this stay exceptional. They have a genuine sense of hospitality that stands out. I was in town for a trade show, and the team took the time to guide me to the showroom and made sure I had everything I needed.
Although there was initially an issue locating my packages, the staff made me feel like a top priority and handled it promptly. Once everything was found, they even delivered the packages directly to my booth so I didn’t have to carry them myself—an extra step that I really appreciated.

First impressions is the clean and spacious, modern lobby. The restaurant is to the right and front desk to the left. There is a club lounge directly ahead. They make it easy to find what you need. Front desk staff was quick and efficient. The restaurant breakfast was delicious. Probably the best I've had in any northeast hotel. Staff was friendly. But there wasn't too much traffic so it took a while to find the waitress to come around. That was the only downside. She was very friendly and came around often once she knew we were there. I have ad to be here in Buffalo for 2 months now on Business and I come here several times a week, just for the food and friendly service. Wings and sirloin steak so good and my favorite. However most of the food I tried hit and delicious. I did stay at the hotel for a month and Loved it. Thankyou.
