I didn't stay here but my job had our training course held here. The service from the staff in our banquet room was amazing. The servers were on top of things. The place was clean. The food was amazing. All staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend.
A good Marriott property located in Buffalo New York. This is a large property with an indoor swimming pool.The rooms are a bit old and need maintenance. Overall the property is well managed.
This place is really average. Below average on cleanliness and staffing. Above average on amenities like gym, pool, and executive lounge. All in all the rooms are shabby, the staff is stretched too thin, and the bar restaurant cannot handle a crowd.
