This is the second time i've had to do PT for a hip flexor issue and they not only created an effective program to help heal the injury but also knew how to manipulate, in my case, my leg and hip flexor to gain more mobility. I went to HSS initially and they spent more time writing their notes and briefly showing exercises that i could do at home. There was no hands on evaluation. I was very disappointed and would never go back there for PT.“
