This is the BEST veterinarian in the area, hands down. Dr. Jones and her staff are kind, great with the pets, great at explaining things to you. They have always been in communication with our specialists and always call to communicate with us with any results, updates, etc. They always call to ask how the pets are doing. The prices are very reasonable given the cost of vet care today and worth every penny for the great care.

After 23 years we are finished. It has been downhill since Dr. Cassler sold the place 4 years ago. Very hard to get an appointment, even when it is urgent. When you do get in, brace for a huge bill. And followup, forget about it. We are waiting TWO MONTHS to get our dog in for dentistry. Finally gave up and will not be going back. Plus, in the last 4 or so years, we have never seen the same vet twice. It is a revolving door of doctors there.

All about money and could careless about you or your pet.My dog was diagnosed with renal failure so they sent her to the hospital in latham. After she survived she had a follow up at Guilderland animal hospital and was to stay on palliative care.The vet after numerous calls won't fill life Saving medications and spins it back to the hospital lol!your my vet and when a follow up appointment has happened you FOLLOW UP/through on what's best for the patient. Absolutely disgusting shame on you!!!!
