“I was hesitant about coming here because of the poor reviews, but I am so glad I did. Valentino was the best nail tech I have ever had — couldn’t recommend more. He was so friendly, talked with me the whole time, and took his time until my nails were perfect. Even when I (annoyingly) decided that I didn’t like the color a few hours later, he fixed it the same day free of charge. He really cares about the people he services, and you really can’t find that many places. If I lived in Olean, I would never go to another salon. Couldn’t recommend more!“
