I was visiting from out of state and was in desperate need of a trim/revive my curtain bangs. Kimberly did exactly what I asked for! I’m 9 months postpartum, and she was able to give me wonderful advice and tips as my hair grows back from that dreaded 3 month postpartum hair loss (iykyk). I’ve also gotten so many compliments from my coworkers and patients. I hope to see her again when I visit family in the future!

My two sons and I have been coming here for years. There are two aspects that make Alfred Martial Arts a wonderful place: the martial arts education, and the sense of community that Elise creates. The education is top-notch. Elise, Scott, and the many other incredible black belt teachers excel at communicating, and have amazing patience when teaching students (regardless of age, physical limitations, and my clunkiness). The feeling of community that is fostered there is outstanding. My kids have made strong friendships over the years, received practical advice about dealing with bullies (and other school issues), and have even gotten help with schoolwork. You may never meet a nicer group of people. Alfred Martial Arts focuses on teaching both children and adults, which is unusual, and is life-changing. It is definitely worth it!
