Always extremely friendly and kind staff. Been going here since I was a kid with my family pets. I bring my own dogs here and they’ve always received phenomenal care. Staff are very great with scheduling too. All around trustworthy place.

I'm local, old dairy farm kid, and 30 yrs medical professional. I was so lucky get with TI vet. My absolutely wonderful well known old-school vet that I and my family had known for decades retired and sold his practice which then unfortunately went corporate. I was beside myself as to where I would find the only kind of care acceptable to me for my loved ones. The ladies and their staff have been wonderful to us for 5 years now. Not an easy business. It's a calling for sure! I don't know that I could do what they (any vet really) do, and I did 30 yrs in hospital. They get pummeled during tourist season. Dr. Bender is the best most caring attention to detail of any vet we ever had--and we've had many. Her staff is wonderful, proficient and friendly. She is one of the last businesses to survive the conglomerate takeover of veterinarian companies around the country. She is, in my opinion, in the business of helping, then profit--the exact inverse is true of conglomerates.
