I could not recommend a business more!! My husband and I are fairly new homeowners, so when our 28 year old furnace broke down, we had no idea what to do. We immediately called "big name" HVAC companies in the area who were expensive, deceitful, dishonest, and unemphathetic. That led us on a hunt for someone local who we could trust, which led us to Precision. I could not be more thankful for finding them. Mary (at the office) was emphatic and efficient. Mike (the owner) was too, empathetic, efficient, honest, and informative. He provided us with all information we needed to know and recommended what was best for us and necessary to be done (compared to the other companies who seemingly wanted to take advantage of new homeowners with older home systems). He got the job done extremely quick, which I could not be more thankful for as we are approaching a severe cold advisory! After what initially seemed like a nightmare, we are now counting our blessings. Thank you to Mike and Mary! You are truly a blessing, and you have lifetime customers out of us 😊
I called at the end of the day today and Mike still came out within 20 minutes to help us out. He was informative, professional but incredibly friendly. I appreciated that he wanted to talk me through exactly what was going on with our unit and even asked if I could call my husband so he could explain it to him as well. 10/10 recommend Precision Heating & Cooling!
