I foolishly called 4 other businesses first for an emergency septic tank clean out and the soonest said they could come in 5 days and the longest said 2 months. When I called Jazz they were very friendly and professional and worked to fit me in same day. The technicians were like surgeons working quickly to get things opened up, drained out and flowing again. They even left me with a magnet for the fridge reminding me of when to get it pumped again so I am not in this panicked position again. Jazz will be my first and only call for all my septic needs going forward. Can't recommend them highly enough for their quick response and amazing service! 5 stars
I called Jazz for my parents for an emergency. The office staff was pleasant and helpful. Jazz was able to get to my parents the same day. Extremely professional, friendly and nice. I would highly recommend.
