“Dr. Youngers was introduced to me in July 2023 by a friend. I have a history of herniated and bulging discs in my lower lumbar region based on MRI results. Dr. Youngers started treating me with Chiropractic Care and Spinal Decompression 3 times per week due to the severity.

His process of massaging first before he administers chiropractic treatment is a perfect set up. His manipulation techniques from my neck all the way down to my lower back and hips were something never done before and he understood and treated other areas that contributed to my lumbar issues i.e. the sacrum constantly going out and causing issues, which he corrected.

Then his well thought out plan with the Spinal Decompression and how he gradually increased the tension on my lower back each week. I didn't realize that you just can't stretch the spine at a high intensity right away because of the pain it would cause the spinal area. So, after 32-34 spinal decompression treatments, multiple chiropractic care and of course my own daily repetitive stretching and light exercise 2-3 times per week plus monthly massages with an LMT, my lower spine is healed 99%.

I still have bouts of tightness and so i am now on a 3 week maintenance plan with Dr. Youngers, and its perfect for me. I never required surgery, though it would have been the easy way to go, but opening up more complications that I just did not want to be a part of was nothing I wanted to engage in.

Doctors can only do so much and it also requires our efforts as well as patients to listen to the doctor when he or she says, you need to ice and stretch and so forth. Had I not done my part i am not sure if i would be as healthy today as I am.
