In response to desirees review, she had scheduled an appointment on October 1st at 10am. She had called me at 956am on October 1st and left a message stating she overslept because her daughter turned her alarm off and she wasn't going to make it.. so if we're discussing not getting 24 hour notice, I would take the 13.5 hour notice over the 4 minute notice she had given me.
It is not too often I am impressed, and Kylie never fails to impress. She is talented, professional, mindful of your time, and simply amazing. A young woman above most, an artist to say the least. When someone is as passionate about their work it shows. Absolutely the best.
