Country Lane Veterinary staff and Dr George McKenna were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding with my concerns (for my over weight cats), and my needs (for my new kitten vaccinations). They helped me understand how to watch my cats’ diets more closely. Staff were not judgmental of me at all for anything. My dog had an emergency yesterday and they got me in right away. The whole staff is kind and caring and always makes me feel welcome. They treat my dog and me with respect and take the time to answer all of my questions. In a world that is quickly changing to a "fast in, fast out" philosophy, it is nice to have a place that values their patients and shows it by taking time to care.

My dog ate a huge amount of chocolate at 1030 on a Friday night. Called country lane and pushed the button to automatically connect with their triage vet services. They immediately picked up and took my information and then three minutes later a vet FaceTimed me and looked at my dog via the iPhone camera. He was calm and professional and answered all my questions. He emailed me a summary of my call and encouraged me to email with follow up questions. We ended up emailing back and forth till 2 am.
