We had a great experience with Lilly, our sales representative. She was very patient and thorough with our reverse osmosis installation. We were still undergoing renovations and had to delay our installation multiple times but Lilly was very accommodating. She was also very flexible when we wanted a specific faucet for dispensing our drinking water. Pricing was very competitive and installation was fast and professional.

I really appreciate their honest and reliable way of running the business. They provide all the information you want and guide you through the decision making process. They do not try to scare you about the water qualities and fearmonger you to sell more products. Everything from getting the initial assessment, scheduled installation, payment, post-installation assessment, to customer service, has been great.

Highly recommend 1888SafeWater for all your water concerns. I wanted a system that can remove the sediments and chlorine from our home water supply. The company was very prompt and sent a representative over to test our water and advised us of our options. Rep was very knowledgeable and very fast with replies to any questions we had. Prices are very reasonable compared to quotes I had gotten from other companies and installation was done by a skilled technician who explained every step to keep me informed during the install. The water was tested again after installation and we can visually see the difference it has been. Great company! Great service! Thanks!
