Caring Connections was the only agency I spoke to (out of several,) that took the time to ask detailed questions about my father: his health, his background, my mom's health and involvement in his care, if there were pets in the house and more. It absolutely made all of the difference. We were blessed to have the first caregiver they sent to us be a great fit. He has been caring, compassionate, collaborative and incredibly patient as both my parents and we, their adult children, get used to our new normal.
