We dropped off our rug to be dry cleaned on 5/4, with a due date of 5/23. We finally got a text today 5/31 that it was ready for pick up. We just opened it to put it on the floor, and it doesn't look like it was cleaned very well (if at all). Maybe a vacuum was run over it, but it looks and smells like it did when we dropped it off. There is still dog hair on it and stains on the bottom. We paid $100 to have our rug cleaned, which is WAY too expensive for whatever was done. Super disappointing.

I brought in four basic sweaters for dry cleaning and I was charged $43! They don’t tell you, but they charge you more for namebrand Clothing. I’ve never paid anywhere. I’ve lived more of an eight dollars to clean a sweater but this business charged me $9 to $12 per sweater. Never again.

RUN don't walk. What a ripoff. They upcharge you by the brand. So high-quality brands get charged more. I've had these sweaters cleaned while living in North Carolina and California. And I've never paid nine to $12 per sweater. Two sweaters from Nordstrom and Banana Republic were $12 each. The unbranded one was from QVC, and had an upcharge! So I was charged $43 for cleaning 4 basic sweaters.
