We had JR Builders build us a brand new home and charged almost a million dollars. It is the worst house for the price we paid. It had black mold underneath and they sprayed it with paint. The house isn’t leveled anywhere inside or out. The floor upstairs is unleveled. There isn’t a square in the house. Some of the floors in the kitchen and living room area get really hot underneath the carpet. The wiring in the electrical panel is always popping breakers. The paint wipes off when cleaning it.
