Staff and Service Advisors are excellent! personable and professional. Unfortunately, inflation has led to higher costs, markup on parts and increased labor costs. Service (oil change and filters) should not be $250. pair that with diagnosing a couple small issues (charged 1 hr/ issue @ $155 / hr) ... you get the picture...

Broke down with my 2 year old Chevy Silverado coming home to CA and only person that saved and accepted my trade in was ford! Kat our sales person was a delight to work with and stayed after hours till we finished with everything.. thank you kat!!!

Such a GREAT experience!!! Wonderful customer service!!! I've always had a pleasure renting vehicles from here. Service Department is the best & pricing is fair for a dealership. DOES NOT CHARGE for a service you don't need!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND will use again!!
