“The office staff is amazing! From the time I checked in until the time I checked out everyone was so pleasant! The entire experience was perfect! The receptionist apologized so many times for my wait, but it wasn’t that long (trust me I know, because I have a career in the medical field.) I felt as if I bonded right away with the provider. I had multiple things to discuss & she was patient during the entire process. She listened to every single concern. I was dreading the appointment, because this is a small town & was concerned my appointment would be rushed. I was wrong. There was no need for dread, because the entire experience was as it should be. I have high expectations when it comes to the medical field. The entire staff exceeded my expectations!
