They covered a shower valve replacement and a hot water heater replacement through our warranty company and did a hack job with both. Due to the shower floor also needing to be redone at this time, we were unable to use the shower valve they installed until three months after install. When we finally had the chance to use/test it we found that they installed the shower valve with hot and cold on the wrong sides and after turning the water on and then off, it continued to drip. They also stripped the shower valve handle screw on install. You would think they would have tested their own install for quality of work using a bucket to catch the water or something along those... read full review
