From the beginning, Tracie and Danny were very receptive to our wants and needs. Tracie's attention to details was excellent and although she doesn't consider herself an architect, her vision is exceptional. The crew we had was awesome. Mario, Julio and Arturo were so patient and kind. Many times we made changes and they never skipped a beat. They would even do small things that we didn't even ask for making the 4 week overall of our backyard and construction so much more bearable. Luis was also great to work with...asking questions and confirming plans along the way. I can't emphasize enough how happy we are with our transformation. “I meant to leave this review earlier. But as I get ready to rake, I'm reminded that our lawn has not looked this good in a long time. We tried another national company a few years back. The fees were very high and the results were no where near the results we got this year. Started later spring with weed control and lawn feeding. Weeds and unwanted growth in the planter areas were non existent spring/summer/fall. Grass was green and full all three season s as well. Just a few spots in the back that got damaged by a burrowing insect. Which Drew (one of the owners) said they would be able to treat next year as they have a new product specifically for that damage. By the way, did I mention this is a local Family owned company? They use all organic that's not harmful to pets and kids, which is important because our grandson and grand dog are on the lawn all the time. If you're thinking about trying Tr....een, skip and use Vital Green. They gave me advice on watering times, schedules and lawn cutting height that made all the difference in keeping my lawn green and full all year including the heat of summer“

“From the design, through the concrete and landscape install as well as the the pergola design and install, working with Frank and his team at Premium Lawn and Landscape was absolutely fabulous! Frank built a design that incorporated our goals and then took a step beyond. He and his team kept excellent communication with us throughout the whole process. They were extremely accommodating in helping us choose the right plants for our landscape and the rock we felt was appealing. The concrete patio they poured was great and the color was perfect with the pergola cover that was installed. They met and exceeded every expectation.“
