I had two experiences with Arctic. The first was good with Tyler. He showed up and fixed out outlet. He explained to us what happened, what he did to trouble shoot, and then the costs. Tyler did a good job and I was optimistic when I called Arctic again for a second job six months later. The second time, I got a different guy (either Ryan or Joe). It was a similar job as the first to fix an outlet. He was very chatty and spent four hours at my house looking at my system and trying to get me to upgrade my main breaker and sub panel for $6000. After four hours and charging me $600, he told me that he can’t fix my outlet and I will need to run a conduit outside my house... read full review

We needed a 50amp outlet to charge an electric car. Despite discovering not-to-code work done in the past which complicated things, they were still able to instal the outlet in less than a day. They we also able to remove the old shoddy work and bring the house back to code. All very fast in a way that didn't add any extra visible conduit. Highly recommend for doing such a fast and clean job.
