First time being seen/treated at Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. I developed milia on my face that would not go away after a year of trying many at home exfoliating products. I did not see a DR but a NP who performed extractions. Retin A was recommended for treatment of exfoliation. It has been over 3 weeks since my appointment and my prescription has yet to be called in to my pharmacy, even though I have called every week to follow up and request that it be done. The admitting process was fairly quick, after I filled out several paperwork/questionnaires that seemed excessive and unnecessary for treatment. Great practice. I see Dr Ben and he’s awesome. I’ve seen the same dermatologist in LA for many years and have been reluctant to give him but traveling that far had to stop. So happy to have found Advanced Dermatology
I actually see Dr Ben and he is awesome. Highly recommended. The office staff is also very good and I absolutely love his assistant. So happy that I no longer need to travel to LA to take care of cosmetic derm procedures
