I was referred to Tabitha by a friend that's benefitted from her treatment for some time now. I've given and received treatment from many therapists over the years. While Tabitha has demonstrated a high skill level for non specific therapeutic massage, it wasn't until I experienced injuries to my right foot and shoulder that her skills really shone. She always asks first, if I have any issues she should be aware of. Once treated for the first time post injury, my range of motion was significantly improved and pain level lessened. I was referred to Tabitha this past Monday. Started on time. Like many professionals, asked me about my trouble spots and areas of concern.Started laying on my back, which is unusual. I cannot recall ever not starting while on my stomach in the several decades in which I have received massages.Deep tissue was in fact deep. She did not just rub, but really worked the muscles. Used several modalities to at first render certain, tight areas pliable so Tabitha could then address those areas.Explained to me what she was doing, and why.
