Well .. Today's visit in Spanish Springs Was special... Went in to double dip... It's broke, she's new, I asked why? When will spray tan be fixed?? That forced her to say... Ohh Keystone has a NEW one... I'm like ... Okay it's not 3.ish.. So I'll try check it out.... I go... Arrive .. it's locked parking lot empty... I try to call... ????..film it , film hour.. I have never had a bad experience at this place! I pay for a monthly membership where I can go tanning as often as I like. The desk girls have always been very helpful and friendly with me. You can tell that some of the beds are a little older but that doesn't mean they don't work. For example there was one that wouldn't stay open, it would fall closed always. Not that big of a deal though! They sell lots of lotion & eyewear as well so you don't have to go anywhere for anything else (unless you can find it cheaper). They also have wraps and red light therapy which I've yet to try but want to! Even the lowest bronze bed will still give you a nice tan, it just takes a little...read full review

This place has really gone down hill. Prices continue to spike yet offers continue to dwindle. I've been tanning here for five years and decided to upgrade my membership to a higher level and got no confirmation or any heads up for TWO WEEKS that what I tried to upgrade to no longer exists. Instead the owner told me over her staff member's personal cell to just keep paying for an upgraded bed instead. The staff is always nice but it's always someone new and now I understand why.
