I called T &G’s Handyman‘s Service on a Monday and they told me that they would be out on Wednesday at 10 AM to install the ceiling fan for me. I told them that it was not a difficult task. It was only because I am handicapped and cannot access or use a ladder. I gave them a phone number to call me in the event that they could not make it at 10 o’clock. I got no phone call and I waited a whole full hour and left another message on their answering service that I can understand that they might be late give me a call, they did not. I have not heard a word from them , they appear to be totally unresponsive on their promises and perhaps even their quality of work... read full review

Asked for a price to construct a 10'x8' steel storage shed. Two weeks later I assume they don't want the job because no one ever called back. I gave two stars because they did come out and look at our yard and shed. Initially I hired them to do the yard work but changed our mind about the yard work but the shed still needed to be done. Now we are leaving and won't be back for quite some time. T&G if you read this. We won't be doing the shed anymore.

I made a appointment 4 days in advance to have my door repaired. When no one showed up by 9:30 I called the owner Tony. She said that someone should have called to let me know they were going to be late. However they would be at my house by 12. She said to call her if they didn't show up. She would come herself to do repairs. Again I waited, again no one came. I called Tony and got no answer. If you have time to waste. T&G is the perfect company for you.Service: General repairs
