Outstanding customer service. These people are professionals who know what they are doing!!! We got a new router from Valley Electric. Our personal computers kept giving an error, that someone is trying to access our gmail/aol/firefox. For weeks we called Valley Electric, and they said our TV & phones working, not their problem. IT was their problem, it is a DNS issue due to router. So happy to have a trust worthy, knowledegable IT team. Use these people, you will never go wrong. Mastertech is the BEST!!!
