This an awesome company and very reliable. Called them late morning on Tuesday and they were at my house within 2 hours to assess my unit. Unfortunately for us we needed a whole new unit and Friendly came to our rescue. We purchased a brand new unit and it was fully installed by the next day. Thanks again Mathew Hunton and all of his workers for a job well done.
Not only were they quick to come out but they were easily accessible by phone and text. Matt was our technician and he looked at things and asked questions that no other person asked. I had two other companies come look at my units and both of them left me not knowing what was going on except they wanted to sell me a new unit. Matt explained things in easy to understand terms and really understands how the systems work. I would highly recommend him for any service work you may need done.
