I absolutely love my new home in Pahrump, Nevada! It’s a one-story with 9-foot ceilings and vaulted ceilings in the main living area, and it feels so open and bright. AVCO really knew what they were doing. The quality and attention to detail are obvious everywhere you look.

I have been living in my new house for 9 months now. There’s no words to explain the word Home. I am forever grateful to both Maddex and Scott who made it possible to create my new home. From beginning to end they are both supportive and attentive during the build. Maddex had been generous with his time perfecting the design and layout of my home. He will answer my calls or call back as soon as possible if I needed questions answers, even up to this date. Scott paid attention to the details of the house process, from where to put the electrical outlets to what I needed to pay attention to after the build.
