Totally unimpressed. Called to arrange for an estimate for replacing our roof. We were told they would come Sunday and... they didn't. We were told they would come today but... they called us instead. He's not going to come out. "It's a waste of his time to come out and write up an estimate, we're probably not going to use him anyway." He said it would probably take 2 hours to come out and measure then go back and write up an estimate. He's not interested in spending that time giving us an estimate unless he's getting paid for the time. WOW!!! Really??? I have no idea what their service is like but I think it's sketchy when giving estimates is a waste of time.
