Just wanted to publicly thank everyone at Optimal Physical Therapy in Pahrump for working with me post ACL replacement. When I first arrived, I could barely hobble 100 yards without great discomfort, had lost a lot of muscle mass in my surgical leg, and had very limited range of motion. After 6 months of dedication by the therapists and assistants at Optimal and my hard work, I completed my first Spartan Race since surgery: a 5k over broken terrain with 20+ obstacles. I appreciate the positivity, creativity, and dedication of the therapists and assistants. They definitely challenged me each day and pushed me to become better. I appreciate the kindness, grace, and professionalism of the ladies in the front office. A smile and kind word goes a long way when you’re about to go work hard to get yourself better. I graduated from my physical therapy program today and my only regret is that I won’t see these incredible people twice a week any longer.
