This would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the shop foreman JD who is the only reason I had them perform the work on our truck…

Jakob the service advisor is lazy, unprofessional and not at all knowledgeable when it comes to talking to a customer that know the business and their vehicle. Took 3 days to come up with an estimate that involved 20 ft of hose, 2 fittings and few clamps. Then when I finally received the estimate after several emails and phone calls and it was half assed together with parts that were not even correct for the job. I have been to Freightliner dealerships across the country and have never left a review but my recent experience at the Velocity truck Center in Las Vegas Nevada left me feeling like I needed to. My truck has 465,000 miles on it but it’s still under the major warranty and instead of trying to find ways not to warranty something they always go above and beyond to help me out, they ended up doing close to $10,000 work on my truck (at no cost) and when they pulled the transmission to do the rear seal in the motor for the oil leak, they noticed that my clutch was wore down and burnt some and recommended that I change it, which was not under warranty, but instead of up charging… read full review

We stopped to get a code repair and CA clean truck inspection. Needless to say; they didn’t get any of my money. Man at front of Service Dept was rude and dismissive. Almost disrespectful. Took my business elsewhere. Oh, I own a Western Star and I purchased it from Velocity. I was treated SO much better by the employees in Tolleson AZ
