I busted my outside spigot by accident on a Saturday night. We had no water through the night but Second Opinion's field manager, Albert, came through on a Sunday morning and in 20 minutes we had water again. Really appreciate the fast and efficient service.
Albert from the Second Opinion Plumbing came over to detect water leaking and found the problem which two previous plumbers and pool guy missed. He fixed/replaced floater at a fraction of cost then other priors charged me. Thank you so much!
I called Second Opinion plumbing and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The field manager Albert was very knowledgeable and his experience was second to none. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair estimate. Then the next day showed up and did the job. We had to wait another day for the city inspector to approve the work and that went smooth. Then Albert and the crew returned and did the landscaping to complete the job. I can't recommend second opinion enough. From the professionalism of the workers to the handling of the permits and etc.
They were constantly in communication and very prompt in there work.
