I have to agree with all of the positive reviews of Tom. He has been the best pest technician we have had in the 24 years we have owned the building. He is always positive, friendly, and professional. He is always on time or in communication with us to minimize any inconvenience to the full extent possible. He is very thorough in applying the chemicals to every area that is needed and is also very careful to minimize over-spray. He is also very considerate and could not be any more friendly to us and to the tenant in the building. Tom is just a great guy and the very best at every facet of the job.
