I should start this review with the note that up until recently I have been a customer of PPS for quite a long time. PPS faithfully serviced our septic system in Moapa Valley, NV and we appreciated the service that we received, as did our neighbors. That is, up until this year. It wasn't until one of my neighbors mentioned to me, "Hey, have you heard anything from the septic guys?" that I seemed to remember that it was this time of year when they did their annual service and inspection of our systems. Coincidentally, our system triggered an alarm (we have a denitrifying septic system) the following morning. When I called PPS, they quite nonchalantly informed me that they don't service our area any more. No notice, no warning...NOTHING!!! I should add that they typically bill for their annual service every September and do the service the following February. I guess with all the hubbub with COVID I overlooked not getting the regular annual invoice. I don't begrudge them deciding to reduce their service area because the demand for their services closer to their base of operations is higher...I get that. I begrudge them for the highly unprofessional conduct of leaving their customers in the lurch, high and dry, without any notice whatsoever. If you're looking for a service that you can absolutely rely on, you might consider my experience with PPS when making a choice for a service provider.

We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers...read full review

We recently had some plumbing services provided by PPS Incorporated. The two plumbers on our job exceeded our expectations. Chris and Edgar were very professional and knowledgeable. We were very please with the workmanship and overall experience they reflexed in their work. Any Company that is lucky enough to have such workers with their high caliber is truly fortunate. They are a valuable asset to PPS. We strongly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs. Jim and Mary Johnson Las Vegas, NV
