We use this company at the HOA I'm a board member at. They have been with us for a while. When I was in search of a pest control company for my house, I called them, but they were really slow compared to others I have reached to. They could have gotten my business if they were more proficient at following through. Other than that they were friendly to deal with. It was just a question of timing with me, since I have renters and things need to get done ASAP.

Just had a superior service experience with this firm. I have a rooftop solar PV system which has a bird barrier. I had noticed evidence of pigeon activity. I contacted this firm via their website inquiry form. They called the next day. Provided a detailed explanation of the process they follow along with estimated costs of service should it be necessary. We were able to schedule a visit to my home for the following day. They showed up as scheduled. Inspected my rooftop solar system and reported the condition while onsite. The admin staff called immediately following the visit to follow up and report.
