Pediatric Dental Care Associates provides a very nice and pleasant experience for children's dental care. The staff is consistently described as awesome, genuinely pleasant, friendly, kind, patient, and meticulous. They take their time to explain everything well and are not in a rush, showing great care for both children and parents. The dentists are noted for being kind and using positive reinforcement, walking children through each step with patience. The office itself is clean and conveniently located, with a kid-friendly waiting room that provides entertainment for siblings. Families appreciate the early opening hours, which help avoid missed school. The practice makes children feel special with amenities like watching TV with headphones, wearing cool sunglasses during appointments, and receiving take-home pictures and prizes from a vending machine. They are also accommodating with scheduling and accept various dental insurance plans. The overall service leads to highly recommended reviews, with children often looking forward to their visits.
They took great care of my son and really make them comfortable with a blanket, headphones and a show on for distraction. He wasn’t nervous and had a positive experience.
I appreciate the staff, dentist and method of care. They cared for my older four that are adults now and I have two more fortunate to receive care. When there were was a need for more in depth care or even nervousness or uniqueness of a child’s personality they assisted and the task was completed with my child at ease and open to future visits.
Dr. Galea and Dr. McGee are amazing. The staff is also helpful, friendly, and efficient. We’ve been bringing my daughter here for so many years, and they always take the time to thoroughly check her and address any concerns we have.
