My first experience was okay but it gradually went south. The person helping me lied to me in order to have me pay off loan only to tell me I can't approve for another one. Not only that they closed my credit card because I went a couple months without using it. I don't know if this the same company I started with back in 2020

This is the pesky business sending you unrequested letters for loans every week.
I will strongly recommend never bringing them your business nor your money.

Oportun staff/owner: Please do not respond, your lame excuse is uncalled for, and doing so will result in unmeasurable bad reviews.

Terrible, I don't recommend it. I requested a card which never came into my possession and I reported it when I received an email that they are making purchases, I reported it from January and until June they gave me a solution to the investigations that it had been fraud and they still call me to collect a balance of interest, I do not understand why they gave the fraud solution if to this day they continue to call me because they cannot remove the interest generated by the fraud.
