This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service other times I’m not told the truth about how busy they are and it ends up taking 2 hrs for a mani pedi. I’ve also had to battle with technicians who keep using the drill when I ask them to let my gel soak off and to be careful about taking layers off my nails. Love the location, wish it was consistent, but today’s bad experience was my final.
I'm visiting from our is town and needed my nails done so I chose Nu Nails. OMG Nick is great and so funny. Made my visit enjoyable. The salon is so relaxing and clean. He's been doing nails for 36 years. I would fly from Seattle to come have him do my nails.
