Wish we could give them zero stars. This place is the worst. Paid for our truck, then they sent us to ANOTHER lot to pick it up. We got there, and 2 hours later, still waiting for "ger driver" to let us in to get it. Paid over 700$ for an 8 mile tow, only to be called a liar, hung up on twice, and given the run around for 2 hours."My driver will be there in 5-10 minutes"YEAH RIGHT?Still waiting...FINALLY, after 2 hours and 15 minutes he arrived. I filed a complaint with the NTA, and encourage EVERYONE who has an issue with this company to do the same!
Unfortunately there is a lot of people on the car industry don’t know the rules and procedures, I’m a dealership and one of my cars that I lease get towed by this company, and they refused to release the car to me as a business they asking for a moving permit from DMV, dmv doesn’t issue moving permits to a dealership so I have to call one of the DMV inspectors to back up for me and when I mention that I contacted the dmv inspector they right away said they can release my vehicle without any problems. 1/23/24 My car was towed illegally . Less than an hour later I’m at their tow yard and my fee is $402.When asked to provide pics to prove my car was parked illegally, Mina briefly held up a photo of a car that had no identifying features proving it was my car.I paid the fee and retrieved my car. I also placed a call to my law firm @ Dempsey, Roberts, and Smith. Let’s see how this goes.
