I am extremely disappointed with both Kings Towing and Renaissance Villas.
I received a warning from Renaissance Villas stating that my registration tags were expired and that I had a certain number of days to correct the issue before my truck could be towed. I took care of the registration paperwork the very next day and obtained the proper documentation. Despite complying with the warning, my truck was still towed.

My husband stopped at the gas station and parked in a handicap-designated space. He does have a valid handicap placard and went inside briefly to grab something. While he was inside, our vehicle was towed.
What is extremely concerning is that our four dogs were inside the vehicle at the time, including my husband’s service dog. When I called the tow company, they showed very little concern for the safety and well-being of our animals and even threatened to call animal control. This was especially alarming given that we are currently experiencing a heat wave.

I’m not sure who pissed in Sarah’s Cheerios this morning but when I called to inquire about a parking violation sticker I was met with hostility and a condescending attitude toward me. She hung up on me and proceeded to do so when I redialed thinking that it was an accident. I’m not sure if this is the standard of professionalism set by kings towing or if she was simply just having a rotten morning, but I do hope situations like this will be prevented in the future with proper training on etiquette.
