Kings Towing provides towing services to the local community. Despite the frustration of having a vehicle towed, the staff at Kings Towing are described as friendly, nice, and providing an overall positive customer experience. While the facility's cleanliness could use some improvement, the exceptional customer service from the staff, particularly the helpful and thorough front desk employee, seems to make up for the less-than-ideal physical environment. Overall, Kings Towing is praised for their ability to assist customers in difficult situations, even when the fault lies with the customer.
STOLE my sister’s car from MY OWN HOUSE this morning. “Towed by the owners request”. Yeah, definitely not. This company is a SCAM and they are LIARS. I will in fact be contacting my attorney. Many other neighbors have seen this tow truck company making rounds in our neighborhood STEALING cars for no reason.
I spoke with James last night & a young lady this morning multiple times (I didn’t get her name). Everyone was so kind when speaking to me, truly heard out my story. They were kind and compassionate about our situation. I can’t thank Kings towing enough for being so kind about our situation. Happy Holidays! Thank you so much again!
Beyond pissed off as I was told I could pick my car up on a Sunday as long as it was before 8 PM. Called to let this place know I would arrive around 7:45 but when having the conversation they told me that I could not come to get my car. Sounds to me whoever was working was just being super lazy as how come it went from I could pick my car up before 8 PM to now the same person who promised that to me stating “we will be gone by that time”. Yeah just sounds like a bunch of bull crap to me and I don’t appreciate broken promises. Not even sure why this company does towing still as looking at the Google reviews it seems as if there’s not a single glowing positive...read full review
