Friend of ours spilt bourbon on our new cream colored sofa we just bought. I had a tantrum. Lol. Went on yelp to help find someone to help and the only one who contacted me back with help was Keep it Clean. Late at night, still answering my questions, just a great business concept and customer service. It doesn't matter if they cost more than a competitor, the customer service is stellar!
I just recommended Keep it Clean to my neighbor and decided to write a late review while I'm here getting her the number. They were responsive on the phone and showed up right on time for my appointment. I had over estimated my square footage and after they measured my price went down. I also asked to have the grout sealed after cleaning but the technician told me to save my money due to the condition of my grout. They could have just done it anyway to make extra money but didn't so bonus honesty points. Most importantly they did a fabulous job, my tile came back to life and looks years younger. I'll be using them again for sure.
