These guys are excellent. Called Friday morning to get a quote for a new AC unit. The gentleman who answered Voytek walked me through several options with pricing. He also scheduled Jose, who came the same afternoon, and was able to do a diagnostic of my existing 28 year old system. We needed to replace one part. Jose found it and got me up and running for the summer. Fantastic people and I really appreciate the experience and honesty. I will be using them for a new AC.
Great service from my initial call to the technician completing the job. They installed a new outdoor mini split unit and connected/moved one of my indoor units to the new one. Checked the other two systems. Also installed a new indoor unit. I've used Jenson before (about 3 years ago) and was very happy with their service then so I called them back for this work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for installation, service or repair. Thank you to the helpful office staff and techs for the great service and helpful "can do" attitude. I highly recommend you everytime someone asks me about air conditioning.
My AC went out. Normally I don't give reviews, but I was actually pretty happy with the service. I understand everyone is busy and my AC was emergent, but I actually felt like the tech was genuine and didn't try to screw me over like other contractors in the past.
