I just had a service appointment with Jeremy from Gold Medal Service. Besides being a little early for his appointment (a good thing!) Jeremy was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the options I had in regard to the AC system in my condo unit. He was very patient and answered any questions or concerns that I had.
Gold Medal Service rescued us late in the afternoon when our AC went out. They had Jeremy at our house in under an hour. And Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable. And had the unit up in working in no time
Boy am I glad I’m a Gold Club Member! I spent $179 back in the fall for 2 inspections and they just came for the Summer one. I thought my system was fine but come to find out I was moments away from a breakdown. Seth was super nice, professional and thoroughly looked at everything, even showed me the burnt wires etc. I can’t even understand how it was even still working! Plus I’m getting 15% off all of my repairs being a member. In this heat, I definitely don’t want to be caught without AC so THANK YOU GOLD MEDAL for offering this service to our community!
