Great staff and a welcoming environment. Dr. Tina Xia did an excellent job at explaining procedure and recommendations. She was very thorough in exam and cleaning and offered a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
So far so good. I also post the same review of businesses on Google reviews to ensure customer experiences reach across the most popular platforms. Here are the details: Had my first cleaning, which was scheduled at 8 a.m. for a deep cleaning. It took awhile for me to decide on where to receive care. I tried different dental offices at first but any sort of rudeness and confusion causes me to walk away quickly. No need to make me feel as if you're doing me a favor for providing a service that my insurance (dental, medial or otherwise) pays you thousands for. I'm so glad I chose this office. Wonderful staff, listens to all your concerns and clearly explains treatment plan. Went in for an exam with required X-rays which I normally dread due to discomfort and pain. The tech was very good and careful and this was the best experience I have ever had getting X-rays. The doctor came in to review the X-rays and was extremely informative and answered any and all questions. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend.
