I want to share my review of Starlita at Platinum Studio. She became my stylist after another shop treated me like I was silly for wanting to wear a mask. Star never makes me feel funny about it. She respects my choices. Now onto my hair. I don’t apply much to it and because of limited use of my arms, Star styles it so that I don’t have to struggle. I like curls and after my appointment all I have to do at night is place on my bonnet. In the morning, I shake out my curls or finger comb it and that's that. She doesn’t over process. She listens and is a genuinely pleasant person. Another thing I like about Starlita is her timeliness. Nobody is perfect but Star is professional and will not leave you sitting there waiting for her. If you're looking for a stylist give Star and Platinum a chance. Plus Pier 88 is next to it so hair day also can come with a nice lunch.

I finally found a stylist who does my 12 yr old daughters hair and doesn't complain and also knows how to deal with her tender headness and her dry brittle hair. Since I have been going to her every 2-3 weeks my daughters hair has gotten longer and more healthier than ever before. My daughter refuses to let me take her to anyone else and even goes on her site and looks for available appts and tells me to book it before the slot is gone. Lol I had tried at least 10 different stylist throughout her life and either they can't deal with my outgoing picky child or they ruin her hair to the point where we cut it all off and started over before we met Star! She has been a God sent and my savior. I've even thought about doing my hair with her as well and I've had the same stylist for 20 yrs and never let anyone else touch it but I definitely would allow Star to.

I’ve been going to STAR for the past three years, and it has always been a pleasure. Now that I moved out of Vegas. I still make time to go see my favorite hairdresser and stylus. STAR is the only one that I trust in my hair, due to I have fine curly hair and she seems to manage it.
