I recently re visited the bellagio spa They had had some problems once when someone had ran into the building. And I couldn't get there and I was so upset because I love it. It's nice people that work there. I can get it in and out when I want to even if I don't have an appointment. Only thing I need to say is the owner. Needs to take down the old picture.Because people don't think that you're open.Please put a fresh new picture so your business can thrive more .Have a beautiful blessed day and I will be back.Thank you for your services

I have been here before and I liked the service, but the last few times it hasn't been good customer service. I was here yesterday and requested a gel manicure with a design, I showed them the picture and they said they could do it, when we were mid way through, the lady said she couldn't do the design because she couldn't find a gold color. I really wanted the design so I said I'll go somewhere else if you can do the design. I was upset because they still charged me $35 and on my thumb they only did one layer of nail polish so it looks very undone. I'm very disappointed with this place, and I used to like it a lot. I guess it depends on who do you get. The lady yesterday was an older lady with black hair, perhaps the owner's wife? Or manager.

I have been going there for months and am always satisfied. I connect with Lynn at Belgio, experienced and consistent; high level customer service.Call ahead and schedule an appointment. It just makes it so much easier on everyone.
