The Belfor team did great work! Alexia Jones, the project manager, and James, the carpenter, were outstanding. Alexia was patient with all our questions (which were many, since we'd never dealt with anything like this before). James' attention to detail and craftsmanship was exceptional. Both Alexia and James always had a wonderful attitude and were very pleasant to work with.
Each part of the remediation team did an amazing job every step of the way. From their team leader (Ron Crus,) showing up on the first day to get things sorted out from the damage caused by a leaking water heater and moving forward through to the installation of new drywall and baseboards by Roberto Santoyo. Everything turned out fantastic and it looks like nothing ever happened. These are the folks that you need to contact when you need the job done right.
I would like to thank Belfor Property Restoration and especially Modesto for the excellent job he did on my leak repair. It was done well and in a timely manner. Modesto made putting up with this disruption more than bearable. His friendly easy-going manner and professionalism, made it a pleasure to have him in my home.
