James did an exceptional job repairing the flood damages from a burst water heater that was on second floor. Damages to flooring, ceiling, and walls. When he was done, everything looked good as new! Always professional, friendly, and respectful. Very knowledgeable about his profession and answered my many questions. We will miss his presence in our home. Best of all, our dog Chica loved him!
